With an ever expanding list of stores throughout Europe and with ever increasing success it is a very exciting time to join this company. This is a very design led brand which also focuses a great deal on the quality of its products. Now that the collections are even stronger they are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join their sucessful flagship store in Regent Street. They specifically require an outstanding and experienced Floor Manager to take charge of their stunning ladieswear department, which is the biggest within the store. Applicants for this position should be able to fulfil the following functions: Supervise and lead a strong sales team and setting a strong example Responsible for all staff training on new collections and service standards Train and develop the team into the business and work towards internal promotion Be very commercially aware and maximise each sales opportunity by offering outstanding customer service Make sure that all merchandise in effectively received in a timely manner within the department Liase with the Visual Merchandisers to ensure that the boutique is visually pleasing and is coherent with all advertising, promotions and activities within the brand Following all general procedures such as opening, closing, cashing up etc Properly address loss prevention issues, customer complaints following the company guidelines Setting clear and precise goals to the team whilst working alongside the manager of performance manage on a daily basis Must have 2 – 3 years of fashion retail experience Have a passion and a real affinity with fashion and be able to convey current trends Have a positive attitude and be an excellent team player For further details please contact Begoña Loira Date Posted 02/08/2010 10:55:00 Reference VAC-2058
