Town/City Dubai Locations Rest of the world Contract Type Full Time Job Description The candidate will be responsible for organizing and deploying high quality visual merchandising strategies across the region. Also responsible for coaching, training and auditing of the local VM resources, as well as ensuring consistency of standards. Creative coordination in the meaning of creating concepts, designing strategies, merchandising directions and guidelines to express image and visual messages. Organize procurement of materials and define production and installation schedules with the country representatives and Retail Operatives. Coordinate visual merchandising to ensure the coherence of the stores displays with the brand strategy and implementation of VM policies inside the stores, through constant contact with the VM and the brand team. Qualifications Required Ability to multi-task, to lead, and to work under pressure and deliver on time with short deadlines. Flexible to travel and to work long hours. Depth of knowledge and skills in the Visual implementation of brand concepts and themes.
